Will the Available Trailer Hitches for 2016 Buick Encore Also Fit on AWD Models of the 2016 Encore

will the trailer hitch also fit the AWD version of the 2016 buick encore

Yes. The Curt # C11527 is also a fit for the AWD versions of the 2016 Buick Encore. You've made a good choice with the Curt hitch, since their powder coating tends to be a little bit more durable than the other available hitches for your Encore so it will hold up to some of the nicks in the coating that can occur on these hitches. That's ultimately going to help limit corrosion and make sure that your hitch lasts for as long as it's on your vehicle.
If you're going to be towing with your new hitch, you will need a few other components: a trailer wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball. For the wiring harness I recommend using the Tekonsha # 118588 which will install by teeing into the connections behind your vehicle's tail lights. For a ball mount, you can use something like the Curt Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches # C45520, but you will want to measure how far your trailer's coupler is off the ground and then choose the appropriate rise/drop you require to tow level. I have linked a helpful article to this answer on how to measure for the correct ball mount.
For a hitch ball, you'll need to use one with a 3/4" diameter ball shank; if your trailer's coupler is 1-7/8" you can use the # C40001 or if you have a 2" coupler you can use the # C40018
