I have a solution for you, but we're not going to have any replacement or towing mirrors with all of those functions available for your 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD with a crew cab. With that said, there are a few different types of mirrors available that you can use to get a better view of your trailer while towing. The K-Source Custom Extendable towing mirrors # KS62073-74G you were looking at do not have the features you're looking for, but are manually extendable and would work as a replacement for your factory mirrors which might not be extendable.

A better option that would keep the electrical mirror adjustments and defrost/heat feature in tact would be the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS62139-40G. These mirrors will plug into the existing electrical sockets on your 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and will replace both the driver and passenger side mirrors on your truck. These mirrors do not extend electrically and they don't have the turn signals built into them, but they are a factory replacement mirrors if that's your biggest concern.

If your factory mirrors already have all of the functions you mentioned, you may want to use the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair # KS3990 which will clip on to your factory mirrors and provide you with the added field of vision that you're looking to get when towing. These mirrors provide a secure connection to your factory mirrors that will limit bouncing and shaking, so they're a great solution for mirrors that already have your desired functions aside from the ability to extend.

I've linked a few videos of these products, as well as our road course test for the clip-on mirrors that you may want to have a look at when making your decision.
