2019 Cherokee Trail Hawk Front Facia Re-installation
Question:
Having trouble re-installed. I can get one side installed but the other will not line up. Should I start at the middle and work my way out to both sides or start at both wheel wells and work my way toward he center. I should mention that Im doing this alone. Thanks

It sounds as if you're having difficulty installing the bumper cover after installation of the # RM-521451-5 base plate kit, is that correct?
The most frequent reason for this occurring is that the cut out that was made made in the lower grille work for the electrical connector wasn't quite large enough, so it isn't allowing the cover to shift to one side far enough for the clips to engage.
If you're working by yourself, that starting that bumper cover in the center and working outward can indeed make it easier to ensure everything's centered correctly. If at all possible, I'd recommend trying to find an extra set of hands as those bumper covers are difficult to wrangle single-handed. They're not heavy by any means, but they are awkward, they'll flex on your and they're easily scratched.
