The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Honda CR-V is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98848. The etrailer hitch is an excellent option because it has a hidden design which means the cross tube is hidden therefore you will get a factory like appearance which doesn't take away from the overall look of the vehicle. This also makes for the best ground clearance so you won't have issues with steep driveways.
I have attached an install photo for you. If you will be using the trailer hitch for towing then you'll also need a trailer wiring harness the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118741 and a ball mount/hitch ball the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
