The key of your 2019 Ford F-350 should look like the keys in the attached picture which is what the Bolt lock part #BL7023585 is designed to fit. This would be the Bolt lock hitch lock you'd need which will key to your truck's key.

The key fob of your 2017 Ford F-350 has an emergency key built into it that would key to the Bolt lock part #BL7023585 that you referenced. This would not be a standard key design that would work for other people who may have the same lock.
