Is B&W Companion Fifth Wheel Hitch for 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 With Pucks Compatible With Sidewinder

BWRVK2506. I have a 2018 gmc 2500 sierra denali with factory gooseneck turnover ball hitch already, can this hitch be added to truck with out having to remove the turnover ball hitch, reason is I already have a above bed rail fifth wheel hitch but would still like to have the ability to use both type of hitiches without having to purchase a whole new system also I an using a sidewinder pin box on the fifth wheel witch warns not to use turnover ball to fifth wheel hitch adapters

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3700 (20,000 lbs) or # BWRVK3705 (25,000 lbs) will both work because they do not use the gooseneck hole to mount, they use your factory puck system to mount in your truck and the Companion is compatible with Sidewinder rotating pin boxes so long as the Companion mounts to the pucks.

The part number you referenced are base rails, and because your 2018 GMC Sierra already has the factory puck system/gooseneck you would not be able to install those rails.
