Which Custom Fifth Wheel Hitch Mounting Bracket Kit for 2011 Ford F150
Question:
# RP50081? Can you tell me if this will fit my 2011 Ford F150 FX4? And if not what bracket i will need. I am buying a used Reese 5th wheel hitch and rails 15,000lbs. Thanks!

For the 2011 Ford F150, you have the choice of a standard, inboard bracket kit that uses the standard 43 inch bed rails or the outboard type that uses a longer 48 inch long bed rail. The inboard bracket kit is part # RP50081. If you needed the bed rails as well, use part # RP50081-58. The outboard brackets are part # RP56006, or # RP56006-53 if you also need the bed rails.
If you are wanting to re-use your existing bed rails, you will need to measure their length, and use the compatible frame mounting bracket kit. To attach your existing bed rails to the new frame brackets, you'll want to use new hardware as the original hardware is only meant to be torqued once. You'll need the # RP58430 hardware kit.
To install a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed, use # 41157. If you use the provided link, you can see install videos for the # RP50081 bracket/rail kit as well as the wiring kit I mentioned.
