Installing Global Link RV Entry Door Lock
Question:
the lock assy is shipped together with the deadbolt lever holding the unit together, there are no instructions on how to take the lever off to install the unit. do not understand why it is not in your video of this lock ?

Are you just trying to separate the two pieces of the lock, part # 295-000019? It doesn't seem like it at first but they just pull apart. I'm not sure why it isn't demonstrated in the video but I just opened one in our warehouse.
If I misunderstand what you're asking just reply back to me.
Once you have the pieces separated you use the included hardware to fasten them to each side of the door. Sandwiching the door between each piece of the door latch.
