Although we do indeed have hitches that will fit your 2006 Dodge Caravan, the # 13037 you'd mentioned only fits the 2nd generation vehicle (1991-1995).

For your 4th generation 2006 Caravan, I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class III receiver hitch, part # 75119 which you can see being installed by clicking the provided video link. If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a # 118300 trailer wiring harness (video also linked), a ball mount like # C45070 and for a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball, use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball. You'll also need a pin and clip like # PC3 to retain the ball mount in the receiver.
