It's a 4 lug and I measured it, it's a straight spindle measuring at 1.06

I'm happy to help find a hub replacement for your Jayco Eagle, but in order to find the correct one, I'll need to know the inner and outer bearing numbers as well as the grease seal inner and outer diameter. You could alternatively use a digital caliper # PTW80157 to measure the portion of the spindle on which each component rides. From your photos it appears your wheel bolt pattern is a 4 on 4, but you'll want to confirm that just to be sure. Below are a couple diagrams to help.

Based on those measurements, the correct replacement is the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles # 8-91-05UC1. This hub uses inner/outer bearing # L44649 (1.063 ID) and a grease seal with an inner diameter of 1.50 inches, so as long as the portion of the spindle on which the seal rides matches up with this measurement, this is the correct replacement hub for your 1994 Jayco Eagle SD trailer. For future maintenance, the correct bearing kit to service this hub is part # BK1-150.
