Gooseneck Adapter to Provide Additional Clearance Between 2006 Dodge Mega Cab and 5th Wheel Trailer

I have a 2006 Dodge Mega Cab with a gooseneck ball in bed and a gooseneck adapter on my 5th wheel and have clearance issues, trailer nose contacts bed

Where exactly is the 5th wheel contacting the bed? If its contacting the rear of the cab, then you will need to look into a sliding fifth wheel hitch or a fixed fifth wheel hitch with a sidewinder pin box as long as you have a short bed truck. The Ranch Hitch Offset Coupler Adapter, # AM3139, that you referenced will give you additional clearance when turning, but it is not designed to completely eliminate contact between your trailer and truck cab.
If the trailer loft is hitting the sides of the bed, you need a taller adapter to raise the trailer loft. You want to see at least 6 inches of clearance between the bottom of the trailer loft and the top of the truck bed sides.
The # AM3139 does offers three inches of height adjustment, from 11-3/4 to 14-3/4. If 14-3/4 inches is not tall enough, Convert-A-Ball offers an straight (# CAB-C5G ) or offset (# CAB-C5GX1216) adapter that provides up to 16 inches of height. If you can tell me if the nose of your trailer in contacting the side rails of your bed or the cab of your truck and the length of your truck bed, then I can make a more specific recommendation for your situation.
