Will Demco Hijacker Autoslide Hitch Fit Same Rails as Manual Slider Hitch

2004 f350 6 3/4 bed with manual slider will the demo work with my base plates 21000 lbs slider jitch

Yes, the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550034 that you referenced does fit the above bed rails you have in your 2004 Ford F-350 short bed currently. This is an 18k hitch though so if you were wanting a 21k version you'd instead want the part # DM8550035. With either of these hitches you wouldn't ever have to get out and mess with a slider mechanism again as the hitch does this automatically.
