Dimensions of Base of Demco Hijacker UMS Double Pivot 5th Wheel Hitch for 2020 Ford Super Duty
Question:
I have purchased a DM8550033 from etrailer.com, which is scheduled to arrive next Monday. I have a drop-in bed liner in my truck, and I would like to make the cut out for the hitch ahead of time so that when the hitch arrives I can just insert it in. Can you provide dimensions that I can base my cutout on? I just need the measurements from the centers of the pins to the nearest edges of the base.

The Demco Hijacker UMS Double Pivot 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550033 base measurements you asked about are:
X = 3-3/4"
Y = 1-3/8"
These are symmetrical so the cutout would be the same for all of the pucks on your 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty. I reached out to Demco and my contact said that you actually shouldn't have to cut out your in-bed liner. You will see some wear on it from the 5th wheel hitch but it shouldn't crack it or anything.
