Bike Rack Options for a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix With Spoiler

As long as the spoiler was factory installed and not an aftermarket option on your 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, then you may want to take a look at the Thule Gateway 2 Bike Rack, # TH88VR. I can tell you that Thule does not test fit their bike racks of vehicles with spoilers, but they designed this bike rack to fit over most OEM spoilers.

If you were looking for a guaranteed fit, then the best option is to add a trailer hitch and use a hitch mounted bike rack. The advantages to using a hitch mounted bike rack over a trunk mounted bike rack is that there is no contact between your vehicle and the bike rack which eliminates the potential for paint scratches and a hitch mounted bike rack will give you full access to your truck without having to remove or adjust the rack each time.
