According to my contact at Tow Ready, installing the # 118265 and the included relays should provide you with a functional 7-way trailer connector.

If you were installing a brake controller, my contact did not know if the connector to install a brake controller would be present. Honda typically places this connector under the dash to the left of the steering column near the top of the brake pedal. It is usually taped to a different wiring harness.

If the connector is not present, you would need to hardwire the brake output circuit for the 7-way, and possibly the 12-volt accessory circuit. You can do this using part # 5506. The duplex cable included in the kit would be ran from the engine compartment to the trailer connector, with the white lead attaching to the brake output terminal of the trailer connector and the black lead connecting to the 12-volt accessory circuit. I will link you to our wiring FAQ article that shows which terminal of the 7-way provides which function. In the engine compartment, the black wire would attach to the positive battery terminal via a 40 amp inline breaker, part # 9510. The white wire would pass through the firewall into the cab, ultimately connecting to the blue wire exiting the rear of the brake controller. The FAQ article addresses how the other controller wires are connected.
