The best option for the 2020 Ford F-450 SuperDuty to tow both a 5th wheel trailer and Goose neck trailer is the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3500-5W and installation kit part # BWGNRK1116-5W. The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch is one of the best options on the market because of it's 1" thick dual jaw design that provides full contact with the king pin to prevent the rattling and chucking you may experience with other 5th wheel hitches.
The custom under bed installation kit for B&W Companion part # BWGNRK1116-5W will give you a fully functional goose neck hitch in the bed with a 2-5/16" ball. Please keep in mind this setup is for Ford trucks without the OEM prep package.
If you have the OEM prep package, you would need to use the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3305 which fits into the prep package. You would have to get a goose neck ball separately. For that I recommend B and W Gooseneck part # BWGNXA2061 that will fit down into the OEM prep package of the Ford and also has a nice handle to easy removal of the ball. I have attached a video of this as well.
