Roof Rack Recommendation for a 2011 BMW X3 with Factory Side Rails

I have a 2011 BMW X3 , SAV I have roof rails but want to buy a roof cargo carrier and need crossbars and the cargo carrier. Suggestions for what I should get? I need simple assembly.

For your 2011 BMW X3 with factory side rails that run front to back, I recommend the basic Thule roof rack system using the following parts:

47 inch SquareBars, # TH712200 or WingBar # TH711200
Rapid Feet, # TH710601
Fit Kit, # TH186007

Installation is not very difficult at all, but it does help to have an assistant. I have included a link to the installation details for the Podium foot pack.

Once installed the crossbars will be 27-1/2 inches apart center to center. This is important for choosing accessories. The SkyBox, # Y07336, will be able to fit this.
