I see the annex is sold as a product on this site but do not see where and if the Yakima Skyrise Med Three person Roof Top Tent is sold here as well? Thank you

Yes, we do indeed have the Yakima SkyRise Medium (3 Person) Tent available with part # Y07437. As you mentioned in your question, this tent works perfectly with the Annex # Y07422 for creating an enclosure beneath it.
