Will this 83003 work with a RP30142 5th wheel hitch?

There is a lube plate for your Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30921, although the one you asked about is only a fit for Reese R16 models so it won't work with the M5 Series.
The lube plate that fits the Reese M5 Series is the Lube Plate # RP83001.
