Will the Thule OutWay 2 Trunk Mount Bike Rack Fit a 2011 Mini Cooper S Hard Top

Please confirm if the Thule 2 bike carrier TH45jv is compatible with my 2011 Mini Cooper S hard top.

The Thule OutWay, # TH45JV, will fit the 2011 Mini Cooper S provided that there is a gap between the spoiler at the top of the vehicle and the body of the vehicle so the cables and latches can fit through. If any part of the rack makes contact with the spoiler you cannot use the rack.
If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the bike adapter bar # TH982XT for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
