Does Prodigy P3 Brake Controller for 2010 Toyota Highlander Have Plug-In Wiring Adapter
Question:
quickie connection 2010 Toyota Highlander brake control install. I watched the install of the 90195 brake controller and was wondering if the quickie connector comes with the brake control or the 7 pin adapter or if it is a separate purchase item?

A 2010 Toyota Highlander does not have a port that will allow a plug-in adapter, so to install the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller # 90195 on this vehicle, you will need to hardwire the brake controller in. I have added a link to a brake controller install on a 2010 Highlander as well as a link to help articles which detail how to install a brake controller.
Here is what you will need for your 2010 Toyota Highlander to install the P3 brake controller:
- Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195
- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat # ETBC7
- T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118449 (If you do not already have a 4-flat connector)
