I purchased a 2020 Surveyor 200MBLE. On the rear it has an existing mount and pre-wire for a back up camera. What camera fits that mount? # FOS43TASF?

Yes, the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS43TASF is what fits the mounting bracket on your 2020 Forest River Surveyor 200MBLE. You can technically install something else if you want but the Visions S is a popular system and since it attaches right up to what you already have I recommend going with that option.
The Vision S is also available with a 5" Monitor as part # FCE48TASL-05 (with extra cameras) as part # FCE48TASL-05 OR # FOS05TASF with one camera. It's worth noting that the 4.3" screen can only be paired with one camera while the 5" screens can be paired with up to 4 cameras.
