Where is the Draw-Tite Hitch Receiver Lock BD580412 Made?
Question:
where is this locking pin made?

Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Hitch Receiver Lock - Extra Long - Flush Design part # BD580412 is manufactured in China.
For an alternative that is made in the United States I recommend using the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for 2-1/2" Hitches - 3-1/8" Span - Stainless Steel part # 34061072-D for 2.5" hitch applications and the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for 3" Hitches - 3-7/8" Span - Stainless Steel part # 34061074-D for 3" hitch applications.
These are both made here in the United States and will offer the same stainless construction. I personally like the InfiniteRule locks better than the Draw-Tite outside of just where they are made their feel is better when using them. Check out the video on them below.
