I have a solution for you, but the # AKUBRK-35-D are 10" brakes and will be too large for the hub/drum assemblies that fit on your axle. Instead you'll want to use the Dexter # 23-398-399 which are a 7" brake assembly that can be used with wheels between 10" and 13" diameter. It sounds like you also need new hubs, so you can use the etrailer Axle Tech # AKHD-545-2-2K which are a 2000-lb capacity and have # L44649 inner and outer bearings to match your specifications. This hub and drum assembly comes with the bearings, races and seals, as well as the lug nuts and grease cap for your axle.

If you need a brake adjustment spoon to perform the brake adjustments you can use the # W80630. If you've got a different bolt pattern on your wheels, please let me know and I can work to find you a suitable replacement.

If you were wanting to add disc brakes instead you would need a disc brake kit, bearings, new hydraulic brake lines and an electric over hydraulic actuator. I've put together a quick list of the parts I recommend for this below, as well as provided links to videos on these items. Disc Brake Kit- Kodiak Disc Brake Kit 8" Rotor/Hub 5 on 4-1/2, 2000-lbs # K2HR2D (races included) Bearing Kit with # L44649 bearings- # DBRKHW2 (comes with bearings, seals and lug nuts) Brake Lines- Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # 18SI-BLKIT Actuator- Dexter DX Series Electric Over Hydraulic Brake Actuator for Disc Brakes # K71-651 This would be a complete kit that has everything needed to add disc brakes to your trailer.
