Recommended Trailer Hitch and Wiring For 2010 Toyota Prius
Question:
Can I use this hitch on the 2010 Prius to tow a motorcycle trailer, intended to carry a single 350lbs motorcycle? What additional parts/adapters would I need?

You can use Curt Class I hitch part # C11276 to tow a light weight motor cycle trailer. I did take a look at your owner's manual and Toyota does not recommend towing anything with the Prius but it is ultimately up to you.
If you decide to tow the motorcycle trailer you will need wiring, Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118505 to illuminate the trailer lights. You will also need a ball mount and ball.
The recommended ball mount is part # C45521 for the Toyota Prius. Depending on what size ball the trailer coupler takes, I recommend part # A-82 for a 2" ball or part # A-80 for a 1-7/8" ball. You will also need a pin and clip part # f-4.
