Can the Check Valve on a Titan Drum Brake Actuator be Removed for Use with Disc Brakes

Can the check valve be removed so the drum brake actuator can be used with disc brakes?

Technically, the check valve on the drum actuator, # T4079200, can be removed. However, it is not recommended to do so because you could end up damaging the master cylinder. It would be best to go with the appropriate actuator, # T4747200.

You could also replace the master cylinder in the drum brake actuator using the disc brake master cylinder # T1777405.
