Before you select a suspension enhancement system for your 2007 20 Lark tandem axle enclosed trailer you should verify the gross trailer weight of your trailer. Once you have determined the overall weight of your trailer when fully loaded, you can choose a suspension system that will effectively reduce sag and sway and provide a more comfortable ride.
The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System for Light-Duty Trailers, # TTRA1702, that you referenced will not mount to an I-beam style trailer frame. The upper bracket of this system must bolt to an outer wall of a trailer frame to hold the rubber spring in place.
Instead, you should look into something like the Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System for Medium-Duty Trailers, # TTRA1032. This system will weld on to the bottom of the frame rail above the axle. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to check out.
