Class III Trailer Hitch With Wiring Bracket Needed for a 2012 Honda CR-V
Question:
Hi, I really like this hitch and would like to install it on my 2012 Honda CR-V . The photo does not show a small bracket that would hold the plug for the trailer lights. If it does have one can you send a photo of it a.s.a.p. as I would like to order one. Thanks !

The Curt Mfg. Class III trailer hitch, # C13119, does not have a bracket welded to the cross tube for installation of a trailer wiring holder bracket, like part # 18144.
You could install the # 18144 bracket on the hitch cross tube easily with the No Drill Mount Bracket, # 18140. We have a video showing this installation that I linked for you to see.
For a hitch with a trailer wiring tab welded to it you could use the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, # 75742, which is the correct application for the 2012 CR-V and has a tab welded to the cross tube for installation of the # 18144 bracket. I attached a photo showing the tab on the # 75742 hitch for you to see.
To complete your towing setup you might be interested in the etrailer.com Drop Ball Mount Kit, # EBMK4, and the Tow Ready Wiring kit, # 118561.
