Hitch Fit, Towing Accessories and Included Install Hardware for 2020 Toyota Rav 4

Is the Curt 2 inch hitch C13416 going to work for a 2020 Rav4? Does all the nuts and bolts come with?

The Curt Class III 2 inch receiver you refer to, part # C13146 is indeed a fit for the 2020 Toyota Rav4. All the hardware necessary for installation is included.
If you'll be towing with your RAV4, you'll need a wiring harness, a ball mount and a trailer ball to complete your towing system. For a wiring harness, you'll need # C56434 which installs according to the video I've linked for you. For a ball mount, the # C45070 would put your trailer ball right at about 16 inches tall, which is about right and for a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19260 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
