I have a Blue Ox tow bar that I want to use on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. What base plates do I need and what else do I need to flat-tow?

In order to use a Blue Ox Tow Bar like the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar part BX7365 on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee you will need the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1128. The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit is a great option and installs rather easily with minimal modifications to the frame required. I have attached an install video of myself installing this exact kit as well. In order to complete your flat-tow setup you will also need some other items which I have attached for you below.
