Does Curt Tow Bar # C19745 Have Weight Capacity for Towing Jeep Wrangler

I see this tow bar is rated to 5000lbs. I want to flat tow a Jeep Wrangler but those weigh 6000lbs I believe.

Most Jeep Wranglers weight under 4,500 lbs from what I was able to find which the Curt tow bar # C19745 would easily have enough capacity for. If you get back to me with what year Wrangler you have I can verify for sure it's weight but I would be shocked if it was anywhere near 6,000 lbs.
