The best solution when it comes to snow chains that will also handle dealing with some icy conditions, are using a set of chains that has ice spikes since they will dig into the ice and provide the greatest traction in these conditions.

The Konig Premium Self Tensioning Snow Chains # TH02230K77 are the best solution for your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. These chains provide arguably the easiest installation of any tire chain on the market and the low profile design means that they will sit only on the treads of your tires. Additionally, the D bar chain links come equipped with ice spikes to provide superior traction in the worst conditions. They have an ice driving school in Steamboat Springs, CO and they always equip the vehicles with tire chains like this when it came to driving on ice, so they're really going to do the best job possible when it comes to keeping your vehicle as safe as possible when traveling on icy roads.

The Konig chains come with a 5 year warranty, compared to 30 to 90 days on most of the economy brand chains, so you know you're getting a product that is high quality. When you take the proper precautions and instructions in use, they'll last far longer than a set that was designed for use a handful of times before having to replace. I always recommend not skimping on snow chains when you live in the mountains and frequently encounter conditions that require putting on snow chains to get out of the house!

I've linked one of our review videos that shows how easy these chains are to get on your vehicle that I would recommend checking out.
