On my 5th wheel landing gear motor has a model# 1-065-041012-01 with a speed of 7140 RPM. What motor and landing gear box should I replace it with?

The correct motor to replace your Venture Landing Gear 5th Wheel motor, model 1-065-041012-01 is the Lippert Components Tuson High Speed Motor # LC141893, which has the same 7,140 RPM speed as your existing one. The correct gearbox to go along with it is part # LG-179015.
