Recommended Mid-Priced Roof Rack Solution to Carry Kayaks on 2020 Honda CR-V

I need a roof rack for my 2020 Honda CR-V so I can carry my kayak. There aren't any rails or crossbars on my roof. I don't want to buy gold plated ones, but I don't want trash either. What would you suggest?

In order to avoid the gold plating, you'll want to go with a square bar setup. Rhino Rack makes a quality roof rack that costs considerably less than offerings from more well known companies like Yakima or Thule, but have no fear. Rhino Rack does indeed make a quality product.

To construct the roof rack, you'll need the following parts:

54 inch square profile crossbars, part # RREB137B
Bar adapter kit, part # RREB-FK1
Leg kit, part # RRRLKVA
Vehicle specific clamp kit, part # DK284

Square crossbars tend to get a little noisy from the wind resistance, so you might want to also consider a fairing like part # RRRF2.
