Will Bumper Cover of 2019 Subaru BRZ Need to be Removed to Install Draw-Tite 24935 Hitch

To install the Draw-Tight 24935 on a 2019 Subaru BRZ, does the rear of the vehicle need to be disassembled?

According to the linked installation instructions, in order to install the # 24935 on your vehicle the rear bumper cover needs to be temporarily removed. After the bumper cover is taken off, the rear bumper beam is removed. The hitch is then installed so that it's sandwiched in between the bumper beam and the body of the vehicle. Once the fasteners are reinstalled and torqued according to the values listed in the instructions, the bumper cover is reinstalled.
I've linked the installation instructions, which include very good color photos that will walk you through the process.
If you'll be doing some light towing, you would also need the # C56212 wiring harness, a # 3593 ball mount and a # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch or # 19256 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
