Recommended Flat-Tow Wiring Harness for a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500

I’m finding out that connecting a wiring kit that with a dual battery is a challenge, at least I have not figured what I can use. Will the BX8869 work ? Do you have any recommendations, I bought the air force 1, base plate and ready to set it up,

I recommend the Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit part # RM-152-LED-7 for a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 which is an all inclusive kit that comes with everything you need. The bulb/socket assembly will install inside the tail light housing so you don't have to splice into the vehicle's wire and then the bonded wiring lets you runs the wires up to the front of the vehicle to the trailer connector. There won't be an issue with the dual battery setup when using the Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit.

If you want to use the Blue Ox Tail Light Wiring Kit part # BX8869 you can but this kit has incandescent lights which are not as bright as the above, draw more power, and you would still need an umbilical cord to go between the toad and motorhome which the above kit has.
