I would first make sure that you have the Tekonsha # 22292 adapter plug, which is the plug designed to work with the Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 on your motorhome with the 2019 Ford F-450 cab and chassis. It looks like the plug you're looking for should be located behind an access panel on the passenger side of your motorhome and not under the dash board near the. I've linked an installation video for a 2008 F-450 Cab and Chassis that should be very similar to your vehicle.
I can't say that I've ever seen this happen because the circuits used to install a brake controller are not the same as the ones that would cause your dash light cluster to go off like this. I'll also say that the # 22292 plug looks very similar to the # 3034-P plug which is used on Ford E-Series cutaways (used for some motorhome chassis), so it's possible that the parts store gave you a # 3034-P instead of the # 22292. I would make sure you're looking in the right spot for your plug in and that you've got the correct adapter to start.
If you end up having the correct parts and are plugged into the right spot, please let me know and I can continue to help you find a solution for this!
