Is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch for a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Strong Enough to Tow Utility Trailer
Question:
Is #36296 able to pull a utility trailer? What size? Thanks,

Expert Reply:
It really just depends on the weight of the trailer. The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36296 that you referenced has towing capacities of 3,500 gross trailer weight and 300 lbs tongue weight. You will need to know the gross trailer weight and tongue weight of the trailer you plan on towing and as long as it does not exceed the capacities of the # 36296 and the towing capacities that are listed in the owners manual of your 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan you would be good.
I attached an installation video and installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
