Is Drilling Required to Install Curt Trailer Hitch # 12339 on a 2003 Toyota Camry
Question:
I an considering ordering your Camry hitch. I watched your video on the 2003 Camry. When I looked under my 03 Camry the drivers side has only 2 bolt holes in the frame. Will I have to drill a third hole and if so how do I fasten the bolt?

On a 2003 Toyota Camry, there should be 3 holes on the driver side frame rail. It is possible that one or more of the holes is covered with a plug, road grime, or undercoating that you will need to clear away. You will then follow the instructions as normal which I have linked for you to view.
If you find that there is no hole in the frame, you will need to follow the instructions for the u-bolt installation which does include drilling 2 holes.
If you plan on doing some towing, the hitch comes with a ball mount, pin and clip. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring use # 118308. I have included a link to the instructions for the wiring as well.
