Availability of Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitch Receiver

I believe you are looking for a dual hitch receiver adapter like the Roadmaster # RM-077-6 that's directly compatible with the 2-1/2" receiver on your Ford F-250. While there isn't an adapter like this available that's designed for 2-1/2" receivers, you can still use a 2" model like this one by simply adding a reducer sleeve like # C45405 to your truck's receiver. This will reduce the 2-1/2" receiver to a 2" opening so that this and other 2" accessories can be used.
