I want to buy a demco hijacker for my brother it is an 18K autoslide that attaches to bed rails in the bed. I have a prep package in the 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 can i use the Demco adapter DM6194?

I do have an option for you so that you can buy the Demco Hijacker 18K part # DM8550034 from your brother. However the Demco Adapter Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package part # DM6194 only fits up to 2019 GMC Sierra 2500.
You will need the Hijacker with the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package part # DM6333 which will drop down into the puck system of your 2020 and give you industry standard rails in the bed to attach the Hijacker to.
