Gooseneck Hitch and Adapter Needed for Curt Q24 5th Wheel Hitch on a 2019 Ford F-350 Dually
Question:
I plan to install the Curt #60700 under bed goose neck system. Will this adapter fit it so I can use my existing Curt Q24 hitch?

I do have a solution for you, but the Curt X5 # C16210 is designed for Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitches which have an existing slide bar that locks the gooseneck hitch ball in place. Since the Curt Gooseneck Hitch # C60700 is designed for a self-locking hitch ball, like part # C60629, it means that the Curt gooseneck isn't compatible with the X5.
The only gooseneck hitch that fits your 2019 Ford F-350 Dually that you can use with an adapter is the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116. This is actually a much more secure gooseneck hitch to use with an adapter because it has a square shank so it isn't just the slide bar that keeps the adapter in place.
To utilize your Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16245 you can either use the Curt X5 # 16310 or the Demco # DM6140. I recommend the Demco because it is compatible with more 5th wheel hitch (the Curt has a raised center the makes it incompatible with some sliding 5th wheel hitches) plus it has an adjustable center section for the slide bar to go through which was designed to accommodate thicker spray-in bed liners.
