The Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT is a fit for a 2009 Dodge Ram and can be used to bypass the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module). If you need a 7-way then you can add the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole part # 37185 which will also bypass the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module).

The Upgraded Heavy Duty ModuLite Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness is powered so it will draw power from the vehicle's battery for the tail lights and it comes with this extra power wire as well but if you need a power wire to go from the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole to the battery you can just use part # 10-1-1 (per foot).
