Converting Wood Bunks of Trailer to Roller Bunks

I want to replace the wood bunks for roller bunks

Replacing your wood bunks with roller bunks can be as easy as just bolting the roller brackets to the wood bunks like with the Dutton Lainson kit part # DL21741 or you can remove the brackets and bunks you have now so that you can install the brackets like the part # CE10000G that you referenced and then install the rollers.
