For your 2019 Ram 2500 that has the tire size 275/70-18 the tire chains I recommend for safety and traction is the Pewag chains part # PWE3229S. These USA made tire chains are made from Nickel Manganese which is the most durable chain material available. These will last you the longest and will also be the most reliable. You wouldn't need to worry about a chain braking or coming loose while in use. These are also square link chains which provides the best traction for deeper snow and some off-roading like you mentioned.
For tensioners you will then need the part # PW105 which hold the chains tight to the wheel/tire. I attached an install video for these on a similar truck as yours for you to check out as well.
