Should Snow Chains Be Installed on Front or Rear Axle of 4x4?

Which axel should chains be installed on when vehicle is equipped with 4x4? 2017 Ram 2500

Tire chains like the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - 1 Pair # TC2533 should be installed on the main drive axle of the 4x4. This will be the rear axle on your 2017 Ram 2500 4x4. I've attached a video of the installation to assist.

With 4x4 vehicles you can technically put chains on all 4 tires if desired, but your owners manual will state to install on the rear axle.
