I don't have any specifics as to which color wire serves which function but using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 you can easily determine wire function on your own.
Have a helper activate the left turn signal. Probe the wires until you find the circuit that makes the tester blink along with the turn signal. Splice the yellow wire into that circuit. Then, activate the right turn signal, probe the wires until you find the right one then splice the green wire into that. Then, activate the running lights. Probe the remaining wires until you get a steady signal. Tap the brown wire into that. The remaining wire is the ground connection, which should either be the larger black or the white wire. Probe the black wire first, and if there's power on it, the white wire is ground.
Unless you were needing to use the 4-pole simultaneously with the 7-way, there might be an easier way to do this. If your existing 7-way can be unplugged from its round connection to the tow package harness directly behind the connector, you could disconnect it and install # HM40975 which provides both a 4-pole and a 7-way connector. Or, you could just use an adapter like # PK12716. Neither of these alternatives would require cutting or splicing anything.
