Yes, the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Brackets # RP56018 will fit your 2020 Ram 1500. Just make sure you have the Reese Universal Outboard Base Rails # RP30153 to match up with the design of the brackets.

If you don't already have a 5th wheel hitch you'll want one that has a sliding function so that your trailer will clear the cab of your Ram when you are taking tight turns. I really like the 18K B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 because it has 1" thick jaws that completely close and give you 360 degrees of contact with your king pin plus it has a cam-action latching handle that makes it really easy to release, even if you're on uneven terrain.

One other thing that you might be interested in is a 7-Way for the bed of your pickup. If you install one of these, like part # C56000, it makes connecting/disconnecting the wiring from your 5th wheel trailer much easier.
