Question:
Do you know if inno or you guys have the bolt that screws in to attach the fairing to the bar not the long bolts but the small to medium size bolts or know where to get them?

According to the installation instructions, the # INA262 Fairing uses six M6 x 50 carriage bolts to secure the fairing onto the crossbar.
While we don't carry those as individual replacements, I do have a solution for you. The # Replacement M6 x 50 Carriage Bolt for Thule Carriers # 915-0650-54 will work as a suitable replacement. Although it's not threaded all the way like the original Inno carriage bolt, it will provide enough of a thread to install the bottom knobs without a problem.
I have attached a couple of photos to illustrate.
