Yes, a trailer hitch can be installed on the 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. I recommend Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13416 which is designed for all models of the 2019 RAV4 and has been successfully installed on multiple Hybrid models from customers. If you plan on doing some towing, I recommend T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56434which is rated for 5 amps per circuit so it can handle a bit more power compared to the other options. I also like Curt as a brand because their electrical products are known to be longer lasting.

You may also be interested in etrailer.com ball mount kit part # 989900 which comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop.
